  • Strain: After steeping, strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the lavender flowers. Let it cool to room temperature.

  • Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the cooled lavender syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and water.
  • Add Vodka (if using): If you’re making an alcoholic version, stir in the vodka.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  • Serve: When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the cocktail over the ice, and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
